The Sacred Stone

How was it created

Two men were asked by the king to abridge all the records that were recorded in the storehouse of Nob. These two men called upon God, and God sent two angels to help to abridge these things. When the night was over, the abridgement was finished. This abridgement was what the world sees as the Hieroglyphic portion of the Rosetta Stone.

Later another two men came and found this stone and they added their story to this stone for there was room at the bottom of the stone, thus they added their stories in their own given language, which was the same.

Today men and science believes that these three are the same, when really only the bottom two portions are the same story. Today, many men of science use this stone as a way to understand and translate Hieroglyphics, but because of their misjudgments in these things, they are not correctly translating these things. It is because of this stone that they have determined that the Translation given by Joseph Smith Jr. concerning the Pearl of Great price is determined to be incorrect, yet it is science and men who have made the error.

This stone is only half there, thus the top half of the stone is broken off and is as big as the bottom half. There are over two thousand records recorded on this stone. Below here is only a portion of them.

Chapter 3

    1. And it came to pass that I Phinamon was instructed to abridge the record of the kings, for the record was deteriorating and would soon not be able to give its fruit anymore.
    2. Therefore I choose one Eariastes from among the house of the princes, teachers.
    3. And he was learned in the language of both my fathers and the desert tongue.
    4. And he was skilful in abridging and condensing the history of kings.
    5. And I and him did go about to accomplish this work with eagerness.
    6. For there was not only this record that needed abridgement, but all the records in the storehouse of Nob.
    7. And there we did go, yet mostly did I rejoice in that Eariastes, that he did follow the Most High God.
    8. And we did petition him to assist in this great work.
    9. And he did, for he sent angels to minister unto us and assist us in abridging the records in the storehouse of Nob.
    10. And by this we were able to condense and even recreate many of the records of our ancestors, even unto the knowledge, that we were of the seed of Japheth, the son of Noah.
    11. And we did rejoice in that now our lineage could be traced from father to son and from son to father back unto Adam, for in the record of Noah, we did receive these things and it did give joy.
    12. Now it came to pass that while we abridged the records in the storehouse of Nob, time did not move as normal, but it was given that seemingly did not move at all.
    13. And though neither I, nor Eariastes was want of food or of drink, and yet we did complete the work of the entire storehouse of Nob in one night, that as we left, we did see that it was but the next morning.
    14. And we did give praise unto God and did return to thank the angels, yet they were no where to be found, for they had returned and taken with them the records, even all of them.
    15. And I Phinamon, did fear for the loss of our life was soon to be had, in that I did say, let us depart lest they kill us with the sword.
    16. For the records are gone and we remain, and the kings will surely slay us for this thing.
    17. And Eariastes said, Phinamon chosen of the king, have not fear for we have done a great work and are blessed for it and if we should die, so it would be counted unto us as but good.
    18. Nevertheless, if we run they will surely hunt us and track us and say that we have done a great evil.
    19. But if we go unto them and tell them and hold our counsel with them, surely they will do us no harm.
    20. Yet if they do we will have done right by God, our maker and will then have place with him.
    21. And it came to pass nearly in that instant that we were struck down and over come by the spirit of our God and were taken up unto a high mountain.
    22. And told by another angel that our record was to be refashioned by the scribes of the king, even the scribes of many kings, and that it would not reflect the truth and purity of the records which we had worked upon, and that our names would be stricken and our families would be killed, and that our houses would be left desolate.
    23. Yet we would be blessed to come into the house of the Lord, even our God and to be called his family, and to be called his sons.
    24. And we were given in the top of the mountain, wives of our choosing from among the daughters of God who were there and that our seed would be with us eternally.
    25. Now we did rejoice, yet did ponder much upon these things, for they were given by the hand of the angel, who did come.
    26. And it came to pass that by his hand we did receive wives and receive all that we were to receive, even that we were made kings and our families were sealed to come forth in time unto us, in the place where time is not, and we would there ever be with them.
    27. And we did there serve the Lord and do his will, until the time appointed, which we returned to our time and our people.
    28. And there we did receive the justice of men, even the wrath of the kings, for they did testify that we were not only wicked in our hearts, but that we were also wicked in our deeds.
    29. And they did even unto us that which will be done to them in the eternities time, for our families were killed and our houses laid waste and we suffered much in both body and soul, even that words do not explain, yet though our pain was but brief, theirs are eternal.
    30. And this record will testify against them, in the last day.
    31. Nevertheless, we will continue to relate the record by the spirit and power of faith and it will come forth by thy hand unto all nations, kindred’s, tongues, and peoples, that it might be fulfilled concerning the words of the angels and this record, for it was promised in their words, that this should come forth, even at a time when man would revile against it and count it as not, yet that the purposes of God might be fulfilled, even so shall it come forth in this manner.
    32. And now the record will continue as was prophesied by my own voice, and thus it is according to the will of God, amen.
